Folk Concert - American Blues singer/song writer, Chris Smither is making a rare visit to the UK during a European tour and will be performing here in aid of the Gig Club. He has appeared on TV and radio and his songs have been covered by the likes of Diana Krall. Tickets available from the Hall for Cornwall box office.

Italian Evening - Italian meal and auction of hampers. 101 people attended a very enjoyable and successful evening.

14 Dec Wall Hanging presentation - Mylor needleworkers hand over their remarkable work showing local scenes
20 Nov Lunch Club - one of the weekly meetings for the over 60's at which Irene Champion celebrated her 97th birthday

Art Exhibition - local artists.

10 Nov Mylor Made Craft Fair - A full day of bustling activity, with delicious coffee and cakes for refreshment.
9 Nov Antiques Valuation & Auction of promises - Roger Tappin of Bonhams.
23 Oct First Lunch Club meeting - Over 60s lunch club will be meeting weekly from this date.
17 Oct Children's Party - this was the first private hiring of the restored hall.
16 Oct Table Tennis - the first meeting of the club in the restored hall.
15 Oct Art Class - Jan Robson's first art class in the new hall.
12 Oct Garden Furniture sale - First commercial booking of restored hall. Trader reported great success, so coming back.
6 Oct Grand Opening - Lady Mary Holborow, Lord Lieutenant of Cornwall, officially opened the hall.
30 Jun Coffee Morning - Due to wet weather, this was held in the Ord Statter Pavilion and was well supported, considering the conditions. The garden at 5 Church Road was still open and a few hardy souls did venture up the road to have a look. We were pleasantly surprised to make a profit of £260.
30 May Open Day - A chance for people to see work so far in the renovated hall and to sign up for the activities of their choice. Teas and a slide show of the work of the last year were available in the Parish Hall. The press, our MP and a representative of Heritage Lottery were present.
26 May Garden Safari - a walk to discover ten village gardens or various shapes and sizes. About 250 people took part and over £800 was raised.
27 Mar Secrets of Trerice - Behind the scenes in a Cornish National Trust house by David Bannister. Ord-Statter Pavilion. (Mylor Local History Group)
