Yoga classes
Yoga Flow Cornwall with Vicki Finch offers welcoming yoga classes at Tremayne Hall designed to help you slow down, move intentionally with strength and reconnect with yourself. Classes blend asana movement, breathwork, and relaxation in a calm, supportive space. Two classes take place on Monday evenings:
Yoga Foundations for those new to the yoga mat or anyone looking to refresh their practice. No experience necessary - every body is welcome with lots of modifications offered, mats available and comfy clothes are a must!
Hatha Intermediate Practice is for more experienced yogis looking for a strength based hatha yoga class with a variety of poses each week, standing sequences, seated twists and fun balances to explore before enjoying a guided pranayama practice and guided relaxation to end with.
The classes weave elements of movement, meditation, nervous system support and seasonal wellbeing themes to create an experience that nourishes your body, mind and soul.
